Dr. Benita Cheatham is a native of Grand Prairie, TX. She completed her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from Howard University in Washington, DC. She is a graduate of Howard University College of Medicine, in Washington, DC. Dr. Cheatham completed her Anesthesiology residency at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. She then completed a Fellowship in Acute/Regional pain medicine at Emory University, in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Cheatham now resides in Dallas, TX where she is a practicing Anesthesiologist. Dr. Cheatham continues to have a passion for inspiring others, helping the community on the ground level, and spreading the message of perseverance.
